Flight Attendants Battle Mosquito Swarm Inside Plane

A swarm of mosquitoes infested a Volaris flight from Guadalajara to Mexico City earlier in October. Flight attendants sprayed the air with bug spray and tried to keep them at bay as the flight was delayed for more than two hours. This isn’t unprecedented for the airport, as surrounding vegetation and the tropical climate are an ideal breeding ground for mosquitoes.
