Two puppies are “lucky to be alive,” according to Paulding County Fire/Rescue in Georgia, after being rescued from a storm drain, trapped nearly 20 feet below the surface. Heavy rain in the area washed the small puppies away. Luckily, the local firefighters came to the rescue.
