New High Line Spur Connects Moynihan, Penn Station

Manhattan’s traffic is notoriously bad. That’s why a walkable, elevated park like The High Line can play an important role. The beloved elevated park now has a new segment called the Moynihan Connector that connects pedestrians to one of the city’s largest transit hubs.
