NASA Team Proposes Sending Submarine to Explore Titan’s Methane Sea

Lab teams from NASA Glenn’s COMPASS lab and labs from Johns Hopkins and Penn State have come up with a wild idea: they want to send a submarine to explore the depths of a vast methane sea on one of Saturn’s moons.
